I'm Michal Babula, a professional photographer in the Dominican Republic since 2015 and the founder of Babula Shots RD, a photography and video studio based in Santo Domingo: over 10 years and 500+ clients across weddings, proposals, portraits, drone and events all over the island.

This website is that same business extended to Punta Cana. Most people who write to me here are on holiday: they arrive at a resort in Bávaro or Cap Cana, have a few days and want real photos of their trip without any hassle. That's why I travel east regularly and know the workflows of the main hotels, the best light windows on these beaches and the real drone restrictions around the airport.

I work in Spanish, English and Polish, and coordinate sessions for clients from Portugal, Brazil and Germany. My approach is simple: real photos of real people in the real place you're in — no forced poses, no promises I can't keep.
